If your printed book arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.
If you change your mind about a printed book, you may be able to return it within 14 days, provided it is unused, in its original condition and suitable for resale. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide return instructions.

Our eBooks and other downloadable digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.
